Who we are

WinGrrowth B.V. ("WinGrrowth", "we", "us") operates this website and provides product growth consulting services. We are the data controller for personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at wingrrowth@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Booking details you submit: name, work email, product name, product URL, product stage, main challenge, and your open question.
• Correspondence: messages you send us by email or during a call.
• Basic technical data: data your browser sends when loading pages, such as IP address and user agent, used for security and reliability.

We do not ask for special categories of personal data. Please do not send them.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• To respond to your request and run the clarity call — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
• To operate and secure the website — legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure service.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations — legal basis: legal obligation.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your booking details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who can access it

Access is limited to WinGrrowth B.V. and the service providers needed to run the site, such as our hosting and database provider and our email provider. These providers process data on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

International transfers

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

We keep booking submissions for as long as needed to follow up and for our ongoing business relationship, and then delete or anonymise them. Records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons are retained for the period required by law. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to:

• access a copy of your personal data;
• correct inaccurate data;
• have your data deleted;
• restrict or object to processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

Security

We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect data in transit and at rest with our providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
